  : This was a nice location. Leisurely 10 min walk up to the Gatlinburg parkway attractions. It took us a few extra driving steps to find it. the signage out on the road was helpful. GPS was less helpful. My first impression was positive. The cabin had been nicely renovated by a property owner. There were some things that needed shored up such as the leaking bathroom window (during a rainstorm) and wood to tile transition corner that set high enough to catch your foot when walking by. The bed and furniture were clean and comfortable. I liked having extra pillows available but would have liked pillow cases to put on them. The extra blankets were a plus. The chairs were very comfortable. The electric fireplace was nice. We didnt really use it until having issues with the wall thermostat. There was plenty of hot water and a shower head with good water pressure (very important to me). Bathroom had hotel sized bath wash and shampoos for a day or two. Bring your own hairdryer if you need one!!Kitchen had all the basics youd need. Most dishes and cookware were clean. They were definitely not inspected between us and the last guests. Departure instructions told us to set the dishwasher to run- we never could find a dishwasher.
  : Thermostat regulation was the biggest challenge. It was a newer thermostat with pre-programmed settings. Some were set to change at midnight to 65 degrees. I woke very cold. I would suggest taking out any overnight settings. A midday setting for when guests come and go are fine for temp control.

  : Close to town, price was decent. We could bring our dog.
  : We have never rented a cabin in the area before. When we arrived it had a moldy smell turning off the AC helped. The dehumidifier had not been emptied. I messaged about the smell and no one replied. There were spiderwebs above the light by bed and the mini blinds in the bathroom have black moldy spots all over them. There were two of us there for 5 days and we were only given 5 washcloths and limited towels. I would like to mention that the gutters were full of trees growing in them and when it rained the one night it sounded like it was running down the walls.

  : We liked the location, which was close to downtown. We also liked the room layout and privacy. They were also very responsive when I had questions about things. We would definitely stay here again!
  : The parking was confusing at first (not clearly marked) but we got it figured out.
