  : 1. We did not receive any maid service after our first night.2. The toilet roll holder was broken.3. The trash cans had trash bags laid over the edge of the trash cans but not placed in the can. We had to put the bags in the cans ourselves.4. There was only lukewarm water in the shower at 7:30 on Saturday.5. The room had an odor, which was probably from the carpet.

  : When we checked in, we had reserved two (2) king rooms; however, they only had one king and they had to substitute a double for the other which was disappointing. Also, they told us breakfast was not included. I showed my confirmation to the desk clerk who informed me she did not have a record of that and it was between me and Booking.com. That led me to phone your customer service department and the matter was quickly rectified.

  : The concierge service was very friendly when checking into our rooms. The hotel as a whole was very clean and we really appreciated the extra bathroom accessories/toiletries like makeup wipes and shampoo/conditioner. The shower is very nice and big and the ac unit worked extremely well for the humid weather we had when we visited. Would definitely recommend!
  : As modern and clean as the hotel was, the only slightly negative comment I'll make is that the carpet that corresponded with the really nice tile was dirty, scuffed up, and not modern at all. If the hotel would re-do the carpet, it would definitely improve the aesthetic all together. Other than that the hotel is great!
