  : The location and the staff was friendly
  : Beds need new mattresses as they are very hard. Also could use some cleaning. We also got put in a smoking room even though we had reserved months in advance and asked for non smoking

  : Staff was very accommodating, and very professional. I called in advance that I would be arriving very late, and they assured my my reservation would be held. As promised, they were expecting me upon my arrival and had my room keys ready promptly.
  : The room itself was very clean. However, our linens were not changed from the previous occupants. There was make up stains and long dark hairs still on the pillows. The sheets were also dirty with dirt and debris left in them. We occupied the other bed due to it being cleaner, and I used my personal linens just in case. I did not bring this to the attention of your staff due to it being very very late upon my arrival. Overall I was satisfied and expected some things to be wrong at a budget price. I came prepared. I did not tip your housekeeping - needless to say.
