  : Heated pool (it was 106° at 9pm), could not stream or connect HDMI to TV, living room lamp didn't work

  : Good location, Westgate Entertainment District was close by with plenty of restaurant options. 30 minutes from the airport, fairly easy to get to and find. They had a good breakfast every morning and a nice social event Monday through Wednesday with a light meal, beer and wine. The pool area is also very nice, self service towels all around the pool with cabana options to escape from the afternoon sun. I had a room with a balcony which is highly recommended.
  : It seems to attract large families that cook on the grills pool side, groups of 10 or more that have children that generally aren’t supervised by their parents in the pool and hot tub. The rooms should also provide a safe for your valuables and cash.

  : I liked that double room suites could be booked at this location
  : Upon arrival the hotel couldn't find my reservation at all by name nor confirmation number. For some reason the reservation was under my guest person so not sure how that occurred. The ac didn't work in initial room so we moved to another suite. The second suite was updated but the work was awful. Extremely poor work of dry wall, caulking, painting, and placement of tile in bathrooms and kitchen. One bathroom shower had the temperature of water backwards so it took awhile to figure out how to get hot water. One of the beds was sunken in and overall uncomfortable. I woke up with my body aches. The pool was dirty and sun chairs had bird poop on them. The elevators did not have ac. There are no covered or parking structures for this location which is much needed for the extreme hot weather. The hot breakfast was not good at all but there was a variety of different options. The fruit looked old, bananas were all brown and bruised.
