  : Steps were hard for us. They were uneven and top railing was loose. Also, could not get the tv in bedroom to work. It turned on but every button I tried on the remote...like change channel, just did not work.

  : This private house is in a great location. We booked it for the weekend for our whitewater rafting trip. Our favorite things included the propane fire pit on the deck and a great kitchen to cook our own meals. I would highly recommend this house for a quiet getaway!
  : I would recommend having a fan in your bedroom as it tends to get warm at night.

  : The house was very comfortable. There were supplies in case you forgot something.
  : The house could use a deep cleaning. It looks like they clean only the easy to clean areas. Baseboard heaters were dirty in several rooms. Things need to be moved when dusting. They need to look behind and under things. I found a thigh high nylon sticking out from under one bed, there was an empty water bottle behind the night stand and there was a very dusty washcloth in the corner by the tub. Also there were sheets in the dryer that I had to fold before we could use the dryer. We could have used a snow shovel since we got about 12 inches of snow one night . There was only a garden type shovel but we made it work.

  : We were there to visit family that lives in the area. The location worked well for us. The kitchen has newer appliances and the beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked with items that made you feel like you were at home. It seemed like effort was made to really make it cozy. Over all we were quite comfortable.
  : There are definitely repairs that need to be made to the house. The biggest issue was the wood deck the comes off the bedroom. Not only is the decking damaged but the wood is actually soft and could be dangerous. Also, the railing on the steps leading up to the house are loose. Other issues that need to be addressed would be the plumbing (cold water doesnt work in the downstairs bathroom, and the toilets are hard to flush) and the windows (the upstairs bedroom window is not secure in the frame).
