  : The room was clean, the shower was large and easy to use and get into, as there was no tub. The shower head height was adjustable, very unique and comfortable to use. There was an issue with the shower head leaking and spewing water everywhere, but the desk clerk, a friendly and helpful young man, quickly got it fixed.
  : The unit was incredibly small, there was no microwave or refrigerator, the only mirror in the unit was in the bathroom, the shower had no bottom lip and was separated from the rest of the bathroom only by a shower curtain, not a glass door, and leaked much water onto the bathroom floor when in use, and while the bathroom was large, there was no place to sit, as the toilet seat had no cover. The bathroom sink was modern, but the counter holding it was very small and left no space for toiletries. There was no box of tissues in the room, and not enough outlets to plug in electronics except by the beds, which were small and not very firm.

  : I reserved a room with a king size bed,when I got there I was told none was available. So we took a two double bed room. The room was dirty, the beds are old. The second night our key card didn't work.

  : drive and parking, snow packed and icy, room difficult to get into. Amenities? small bar of soap. left at 6;00-6:30 in the morning, no coffee in the office area. The light was left on, and that's about it.

  : There wasn't a room so we couldn't stay. Staff were totally overwhelmed and telling some guests they would do them a favor and find them a room, and others that there weren't any.
