  : The staff was very nice and friendly. The cookies they give out are a great treat.
  : We had to change rooms three times. The A/C would not shut off in our room. When staff was notified they wrote down the problem. However, the didn't notify that they would send maintenance up so this guy appeared reporting he was there to work on the A/C. A heads up would have been great with some much going on in the world like human trafficking. Luckily, this was not the case and he was able to fix it. Please just notify guest when sending someone up to their room.

  : Quest was allowed to smoke Mary Jane right outside the door of the property. My kids and I had to pass through it several times.

  : The location is great for attending Texas Rangers games, parking is convenient and the AC worked very well, price was fair.
  : The internet reception was poor, for the entirety of my stay, it would disconnect randomly and rarely stayed connected for more than 5 minutes at a time. The initial login by room and last name also didn't work, so had to call the desk to get an alternate code. Check-in also took longer than expected with no one in line ahead of me.

  : Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. The motel was close to where we were going.
  : The environment (rugs, chairs) seemed worn and not quite clean. We were told restaurant was open, but did not know we needed to order from the bar, so sat there for a bit before we figured it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful when realized.

  : not much staff is questionable i had to prove my reservation included breakfast. lady at breakfast buffet was very kind .
  : phone didn’t work, air conditioner sounded like diesel engine my room was the furthest from front and on 4th floor, i requested maid service and room was not cleaned. fact that you have to request maid service is absurd, just clean the room.i didn’t request to move because i didn’t realize until nighttime and to request another room would have been too much to gather all my things and move. i did advise these issues when i checked out.

  : The proximity to our venue we were going to. The lobby was nice.
  : The staff was nice but overwhelmed. Not enough staff to accommodate all of the guests checking in or out. We had a problem with our electronic key twice, so that is a big red flag. We had to walk FOUR times to the front desk and it was a long walk from where our room was~ when we checked in (2x)and when we got back from our venue we attended(2X). Staff wasn't sure the second time ,if perhaps there was possible breach of the door by someone. The staff member said they would send a security guard to our door (once we got our key electronically fixed AGAIN) and the security guard never showed up to see if we were OK or if there was any problems that we had. I'll also mention that the elevator took a very long time to operate and the long hallways were dimmly lit.
