Best Western Green Valley Inn

  : Best Western has been a “home away from home” for a couple of years for myself and my cousins. My Aunt/their mom was in an assisted living facility and we all took turns going to visit her and always stayed at Best Western. This visit was for all of us to gather together for her “celebration of life”. Barbara and the front desk staff were all very kind and accommodating. We always enjoyed the free breakfast in the adjoining restaurant.
  : This is an older property and the rooms could use some maintenance and updating. My room this time also had dirty carpet, a non-working light, the area around the mini fridge and microwave needed cleaned, and the drawers were dirty inside. That was a bit unusual compared to other stays though.

  : The location was good, and the complimentary breakfast was really good. Multiple options. The staff in the restaurant/bar were very kind and helpful.
  : The room was dirty, and the pool was dirty. I had to skim the pool so my family could swim in bug-free and leaf-free water. We asked for room service and was told they needed a 24-hour notice, so we requested room service for the next day. The following day, they told us they didn't have our request for room service and wouldn't service our room. The pool area never had towels. The carpet floors in the room were filthy. The AC kept going on and off all night and was loud enough to wake you up each time it turned on.

  : Multiple roaches, feels insanitary and like I need to disinfect when I get home. Finding four in ten square feet is alarming. The bath doesn’t drain and there is lights out in the bathroom. The free breakfast does not match the variety and quality of other best westerns.
