  : The 3rd shift employee..can't remember his name but he was very helpful switching my room at 3am.
  : The suite I paid for was dirty. Cigarette ashes everywhere, what looked like chocolate on the door handles and couch, blood stains on the bed and public hair, no clean towels, a dirty nasty looking rag under the sink where clean towels should be, tv didn't work in the part of suite where bed was, hair in the tub and I to top it off I was told that the floor I was staying on was the quiet floor and instructed to be quiet as if I would be a rowdy quest? I found that very offensive and rude to assume. I stay here at this la quinta everytime I'm in town and now I don't think I will ever come back. I asked for the second room to be cleaned and housekeeping never came and was told by a dayshift employee they cant call housekeeping.I didn't recieve a thank you for your stay when I left either. Usually when I stay here there are no problems, not even during renovations. I'm so disappointed. I would of gladly waited if you all didn't have a clean suite ready yet, instead of sending me to a suite that was dirty and disgusting. I barely got any sleep and was so uncomfortable my entire stay. I was promised a partial refund by 3rd shift employee but never got it either (sure its not his fault).

  : Convenient location. Even though it seemed older, it was well maintained. Staff was friendly.
  : Sink wasn’t clean and since I was able to wipe it out myself, it was probably missed. But this didn’t give me confidence that the rest of the room had been cleaned well. Booked a room with a king bed but was put in a room with 2 queens. Since I was the only person in the room I didn’t worry about trying to get it changed.
