  : It was completely run down. A couple of rooms had been refurbished. But otherwise the hotel was closed. No coffee pot. Our toilet had no handle to flush. The elevator was frightening with noises like it would break so we took stairs. Stairs were filthy as if it had not been used in years. No towels. Had to go ask for some.

  : Nothing. Room was NOT as pictured. Room was small, very small. Manager/Owner very rude.
  : No cups. No sodas in vending machine, no remote for TV. Front desk person had to take from another unoccupied room. No coffee maker. Room just did not appear clean. Parking lot full of potholes. Baymont should be embarrassed to have their name on sign.

  : I will admit my mistake first, I never would have booked this reading the reviews. I can only say I must have messed up in booking and confused the reviews with another hotel. Driving in we were greeted with run down rooms and barriers closing the parking lot. The owner argued with booking that wasn't part of his hotel, but it still had the baymont wyndham sign, We found the part that was open, a parking lot strewn with trash and broken bottles. We walked in. At the reception desk was a blond woman attempting to teach a younger man to count. They had a envelope of cash and she was trying to get him to add it up. They did not acknowledge us at all. The reception area had a bad smell, the breakfast area has a sign over the door saying out of order, there was a raggedy nasty chair and stained carpet. After standing over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement I asked, "is this place open?" she said only this wing, then went right back to ignoring us. After another couple minutes I said, are their any amenities. She didn't even look up as she said there haven't been for years. I again asked, "I see the out of order sign, is breakfast being served." she gave an annoyed sigh and told me the sink was out of order. Not once after the first time did she even bother to look up. owner refused to refund even partially. we are an older retired couple, not wealthy by any means, and the treatment we received and the condition of what we got to see we walked away, knowing he would refuse to refund the money but still unwilling to stay there. We went to another hotel, had to cut our vacation short by a night to afford a room

  : If youre going to advertise you offer breakfast then you should try a little harder.have some yogurt & fruit at least

  : When we got there the office was closed and we did not see any information about their working on the property nor were we contacted. We had to find other accommodation.
  : We didnt get notified that the office was closed or how to contact anyone to get to our rooms. We had to locate other accommodations
