  : The location was fantastic! We could see fireworks outside our window!
  : There were stains on the ceiling and walls. Very noisy all the time and someone tried to enter our room our first night.

  : Great location, 2 pools, in and outdoors
  : The evening desk man was rude, told me I didn’t have a reservation and wouldn’t listen to me on how to spell my name. After 3 times he finally let me spell my last name and there it was…..my reservation. The rooms are around the pool so smells like chlorine everywhere and all the noise from the pool not being enclosed

  : I reserved three rooms. We had four kids and three adults. We needed the rooms next to each other. When i checked in the elderly man at the desk was very rude and argumentative. We raised voices to each other. He said because only one room was in my name and the other two was in two of the other results names they could not it it rooms near each other. I showed him print outs of my reservation from best western show to made lol the reservations as was paying from them all and we are a family. He argues because the other two rooms were not in my name he did not have to do that. As he bad mouthed best western and said “ they have information they never give us. This happened last week too”. I he said next time i should call him directly a the Erdels to make reservations. I said NO. That. Make the reservations with the national chain for the assurance i will get what i Reserve So very very bad experience. Can someone from be the national office contact me to let me know you have talked to this man.   : It close to historic downtown. Local shops are nice to browse through.
  : Heated in door pool was cold…my grandson wouldn’t even get in and the hot tub was like warm. I asked for shower towels so the 4 of us could take showers never got. Housekeeping enters your room without permission and before check out. At least 2 times.
