This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 750 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Once a reservation is booked, you will receive an email from Wai'ula'ula at Mauna Kea Resort by South Kohala Management with confirmation.

The bedding in each villa will vary from unit to unit.

The optional resort access is available for purchase and a registration form will be sent to you once your reservation is confirmed. Purchase of this access includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel.
