  : Kept up all night by noisy neighbors. Contacted desk twice although desk contacted them, noise went on till 4 am. No sleep for us at all. They apologized at desk during checkout out but would not offer refund. I should be given refund or partial refund, sorry doesnt help the situation when you inconvenienced us all night. Booking needs to contact me since your recommendation of room. Not happy! As of Wednesday I was contacted by Booking and the hotel said we took pillows and towels.Its odd they waited 3 days later and after I contacted booking. Im very upset about the alagation of theft. Ive been staying at hotels for 15 years and never an issue till now. I dont luke being accused of something I didn't do. I spoke to property and explained that we absolutely did not take anything and I hope this is settled. What a horrible experience.

  : Room was dimly lit. To let more light in I had to open the curtain which overlooked the 2nd floors walkway, allowing a full view by any passersby.
