  : Absolutely nothing. The owners were the worst part!! Horrid people.
  : The place was filthy and smelly. The phone was gunky and I guess was set on the dirty side table for looks because it had no cords running to it. Light bulbs were out. Lamp shades broken and stained. The carpet looked like it hadn't been steam cleaned for years. There was no cold water. The mini refrigerator was broken and didn't turn on right away. They skimp on toilet paper and I had to call in room service to get the TV to work. The towels were stained and had holes! Even after all this we would have just been appreciative, but the horrible treatment from the owners of this slum was too much to bare. On the day of check out we woke up and our tire was flat. (Probably popped from something in their unmaintained parking lot). I had three children with me one being an infant. It was hotter than blazes and we had already checked out. The maid lived there with her mom and they were going to let us sit in their room until the tow truck arrived. So nice! When the owner saw a small stain from the baby on the already stained sheet. He told us to get out and never bring out children back and said he was charging us $20 for his used and prestained sheet! These people are slum lords, and most of their tenants are long term renters and he treats them like garbage! His main maid was pregnant about ready to pop and geta no days off!

  : First of all they split my family up into different rooms at my cost. The reservation was not honored. I have a niece with me that's crippled because of strokes and she was forced to climb the stairs because the first room had bugs. As soon as I lay a soda on nightstand, a bug crawled in it. The bathtub in the other room is almost falling through and the room is filthy. Really? You guys need to scene your members establishments more thoroughly. I may never book with you again because of my reservation not being honored.

  : The price was good. Location was good.
  : We stayed 4 nights, the second day there the only thing the the room cleaner did was make the bed and replace the towels she didn't wipe off the tables or clean the bathroom or leave toilet paper. The third day when we came back from the beach our door was standing open and nothing had been done, the bed wasn't made, trash wasn't emptied, she had replaced the towels and just left and left our door open! Our room was upstairs. There was a bunch of people and kids that hung out on and around the steps. Apparently they are living there. We had to wait for people sitting on the steps to get up and move to go up or down them. The people in the office aren't friendly either, the lady acted like i was trying to get extra towels when I traded in my towels and asked for nobody to enter our room, she didn't want to give them to me.
