  : The location was perfect for our needs—right off I70 and close to restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was exactly what we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : Our room was very dirty. My kids’ feet were filthy just from walking on our room floor barefoot. The shower had rust stains on the edging and hair in the corners. The shampoo and soap dispenser was broken, so we couldn’t use it. The window shade had a fancy remote to move it up and down, but ours wasn’t working properly so the shade got stuck halfway down and our room was brightly lit up from outside lights all night.

  : When checking in, the front desk clerk was unprofessional. Within two seconds of checking in, and even before I stepped away from the counter, she had her personal phone in her hand texting or scrolling social media.
