  : First booking.com did not disclose there is NO ELEVATOR at this property. BIG FAIL! Moreover the maintenance is unconscionable here. How about a bathroom door that actually opens and closes? A mattress/bedspring that doesn’t grunt like a pig with simple movement? Looking for broken furniture, peeling wallpaper, too-small shower curtain? This place is for you!!! It’s no way a three star, trust me.

  : Excellent Breakfast, clean, stocked and great variety!John, 3-11 front desk was very kind and helpful with our questions.
  : The humidity in the room was tolerable but uncomfortable. Generally feeling sticky. It was damp in the mornings we did use the AC and a personal fan during our stay.Also a large group occupied the pool the entire Saturday til after hours luckily when they checked out on Sunday it was available.No elevator should have been mentioned or noted for seniors but somehow I managed.

  : The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel in general (from the areas we went in) were very clean and smelled good. Nice variety at the complimentary breakfast. They also give you different towels for the pool, so you don't have to use your shower towels from your room. It was conveniently located and bonus for us was the parking. We were there for a race and had 2 vehicles and one towing racecars and the nice gentleman at check-in made sure to inform us that there were plenty of parking belongings to the hotel to accommodate us (there were semis in the lot too). Loved the sense of security that you have to use your key card to come inside the actual building after a certain time, gives peace of mind that random people can't come in.
  : Our room was hot for some reason, even with the ac as low as it'd go. We're not sure what the problem was with that, we forgot to mention to the staff because we weren't in the room except to sleep. Wasn't a big deal because everything else was great and it was 96° that day, so understandable. We also had a lamp between the beds that was burned out, again wasn't an issue because there were 2 other lamps and other lights.
