Policies

When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 10 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for US$10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests are required to show a photo ID or passport with matching name on credit card. No gift or pre-paid credit cards are allowed.

When booking 4 or more rooms, the property will require a pre-authorisation of 1 night's room and tax and is subject to cancellation if pre-authorisation is not valid.

Any reservation requiring a prepayment or advance payment is Non Refundable and will be charged at the time of booking.

Please note non-smoking rooms cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in.

Please note that free WiFi is limited to one device per room.
