  : They kept saying that our particular reservation didn’t have access to the pool but in the advertisement andbook.com first thing they showed was the pool and that we would have access to it

  : could have been cleaner. Facility and room were absolutely disgusting. There was mold on the vent in the room, dirt caked on the ceiling fan and ceiling, as well as grime all over the kitchen and there were hash browns in the floor. The place looked as if it had never been properly cleaned. Very unacceptable, especially with covid.

  : The location is right on the boardwalk and the view of the ocean is lovely.
  : Parking is hard to find. $24 per day in a parking ramp is the option Unless you go to the city office and buy a parking permit but then have to park on the road. Road parking was scarce. Not very many parking spots.

  : The host was very hard to get in touch with upon arrival The pin to the door was not valid I called the host many times and no answer I arrived at 7pm didn’t get a call back till 7:30 from a different number spoke to man and stated to himI that the pin was not working and the door looked like it had been broken He gives me a different pin and finally the door opens as I walked in I heard a sound of running water I looked around and noticed it was the toilet running I tried flushing but the toilet wouldn’t flush Inclusive the room was very dusty ac vent was covered in black fifth I really wanted to cancel but it was already booked and I was exhausted I decided to shower washed my hair went to use the hair blower and it did not work I am very disappointed and would like a refund I wouldn’t recommend this host or this Property lots of lowlife people smoking in the hallways screaming yelling it was a nightmare never again

  : Our toilet flooded the first day at 5 am and no one could help us the front desk told me that I could call a plumber finally after 10 hours with no bathroom in the unit or on the resort property someone came and repaired toilet then the bathroom door came off the hinges and fell down, also the ac was terrible the temp inside the room was at least 80 degrees the mattress was like sleeping on springs Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my many years traveling

  : We had no acess to the pool. Very disappointed My husband 8s on wheelchair now and we were looking forward in being able to do pool since beach was not an option Renter knew about his disability. Our trip was pointless

  : No breakfast included. The only thing that was marginally OK was the location of the beach and the beach walk.
  : The door to the unit looks and feels like it could be kicked in by an 8 year old child. The hair dryer didn't work. the entire unit was filthy dirty. I don't think under the bed has been cleaned for over a month. So much dirt and sand on the floor that I had to sweep up the dirt and then swiffer the floor. We had to sanitize all the surfaces. There was so much dirt and dust bunnies under the bathroom vanity that we couldn't believe it. I would tell every one to avoid this property like the plaque unless you want to catch a disease. Yuk

  : The room was dirty. Floors were full of sand I had to sweep right away. The bathroom has still facial hair from whoever stayed before on the sink. The tv doesn’t work and they also give you trouble to use the pool!
