  : Karla the onsite person was lovely, we left our passports behind and she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us.
  : Payment was an issue, took payment without a pin and our agreement, so our credit card company declined and blocked our card. Which gave us a problem for rest of the holiday. Would have preferred to have paid up front in the UK through bookings.com like all our other bookings, doesnot work to pay locally.

  : the property itself was nice. very nice.
  : The apartment was dirty and had roaches in the kitchen. Also, the freezer compartment of the refrigerator wasn’t working properly. I contacted the host. No one ever came to address it. I felt like once they got my money, their follow up was almost non-existent

  : Pool & beach access was essential in choosing this location. Family friendly w/a game room. Valet parking option is great & wait time is minimal to retrieve your vehicle . The condo I stayed at was a modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Overall my family was comfortable, we enjoyed our time & would recommend this property. We entered a clean well maintained unit which eased our concerns over it being properly sanitized.
  : Small details could improve the overall stay. Extra towels, pillows, toiletries, garbage bags, paper towels… minor stuff especially for those staying for longer stays.
