  : fold down couch very uncomfortable as a second bed tv in living room never responded to the remote. since we had working tv in bedroom we used it and did not call owner for help.

  : I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was cute, cozy, and beachy! Vickie was quick to reply to messages or calls. There was a store nearby when we needed things, and while the beach was just 2 blocks away, it was not in the busy section so the beaches were not crowded where we were. There were chairs, towels, and a boogie board. We didn't have a car, but there was a free parking pass. I don't know where I cwuld've parked though since there were no open spaces.
  : This looks like a lot, but it really isn't. I had emailed ahead because we were coming from a cruise ship so we had nowhere to hold our luggage and asked if I could drop ours off at 10am and I was told "yes, absolutely no problem will be my pleasure." I messaged when we got off the ship that we were on our way. When I arrived a little early at 9:40 she asked why I was there. I reminded her of my message and she told me check out was at 10 so I could leave my luggage in the laundry room, but they couldn't be responsible for it. We sat outside till 11 when housekeeping let us in. We got the code for the key about 2:30. The living room tv didn't work so we had to call someone else and they had to call the cable company, so it was never resolved, but the bedroom tv worked fine. There were a few tiles that had popped up and I caught my toe on the one right outside the bedroom in the dark. We could hear the neighbors closing drawers, sneezing, and watching tv, so I'm sure they could hear us too.

  : The location. Period, that is it.
  : Was not given the proper code to get key for unit. Microwave unsafe to use as a chunk of the door was missing. The door trim that dropped on my foot while going to the bathroom. The fact that the property manager did not ask if I was hurt by the falling door trim. she didnt answer my 2am call while stuck outside, only got in to sleep as a window was left open. No assistance when I was having issues with paying parking. the parking that was listed as free when I booked BTW. And because I could not get a spot under her code I paid upwards of $33/8hrs. The fact she tried to blame me and my sister for the code issue. The AC that technically works but cant keep up with the daytime heat. She did offer to send her assistant at 10:15 pm when I called about the parking issue. Then she said she tried to call but I had no record the next morning. somehow my sister got through to me so I called Vickie, the property manager, and stated I just wanted to make the best of an awful situation and no I do not trust someone in my unit without me there. At this point she graciously offered to refund my $ and I could go elsewhere. An empty offer for a holiday weekend with an air show going on as well. I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional person in all my travels or any customer service situation. She is full of hot air and empty promises. the cherry on this whole experience is how she treated my sister. Her sick husband went to the bathroom and the toilet clogged. Vickie requested an e-mail for the bill for the professional plumber!!!! claiming he broke the new toilet. Seriously?! We got back from our day about and saw the cleaning woman with two plungers. Guess she wears many hats. But only cleans lines and surfaces for the cleaning fee and expects a tip. The walls and appliances were dirty when we got there complete with a dirty dish towel. You are required to dispose of your own trash. and put lines in an invisible basket. almost forgot the bed.
