  : The property was not clean, the staff were very rude and we had to wait a long time to get to the pre-booked rooms

  : I liked the inside of the room, and some of the front desk agents.
  : There were noticeable crumbs on the dining room chairs when I pulled 1 out. There was a metal cap that someone had removed when they stayed in the room last and they put it on the shampoo bottle in the shower. The bedroom light switch didn't do anything.

  : So I really like the layout of the room. It was a good size and I like the areas they tried to carve out in the space, you had a breakfast nook, a study/work area, the bed was placed directly infront of the TV which was great. There was a microwave just in case you got a little hungry in the nights and wanted to heat something up, so I always bought noodles and had on stand by. The fridge also came in very handy for keeping my water and drinks cool. It isn't a bad hotel it just offers the following hat you need for the time you are there
  : Some of the staff was a little dismissive but Duncan was a superstar. The room wasn't cleaned properly as it seems the previous guest had left some kind of bone under the bed, there was also an unpleasant smell from the microwave because the previous occupant had cooked something in there. Under the bathroom sink could have done with a little more cleaning. (Luckily I always do my own cleaning) If you are looking for the type of experience you would get from a hotel in the Caribbean this does not offer it. But if you are looking for the basics, a nice place to stay where you can have breakfast this is definitely for you. It's not luxury but it is functional. Rent a car and drive the city, you won't be disappointed because there is lots to see and do.

  : It took over 2 hours for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Others were over 3 hours.

  : Room was a suite. Very roomy with a full size refrigerator.
  : Utensils in room were dirty, didnt seem like four was vacuumed. Showerhead no pressure thermometer. Either made the room very very cold or was hot. Worst was breakfast, the same thing every day!

  : Close to airport, although if taking hotel shuttle, factor in that it runs to two Hampton locations, North and South hotels near airport. Staff was very informative and helpful.
  : shuttle pick-up at airport was a problem. Waited over an hour after calling. Some of this is the shear volume of vehicles in a very overcrowded ground transport pickup area at FLL. Dual hotel dropoff also a factor.
