  : The location was excellent! Short walk to beach, right on the boardwalk! Tons of restaurants, shops and live music. The condo we stayed in was great, We had a bedroom plus a den with 2 twin beds and a couch sofa, a full kitchen and a balcony .
  : The communication with the property could have been better. The floors in the Condo could have been cleaned better, it was swept but not moped , we noticed after showering and walking around barefoot in the condo our feet were dirty.

  : Facilities were great and close to beach and boardwalk. Rooftop pool was awesome and they allowed us to bring our own alcohol to the pool because the bar was closed due to Covid but not sure how long that will last??
  : Surprise fees 4 days before arriving. Host told me that I had to pay a resort fee of $25 per day and $35 per day to park. The reservation never said anything about a resort fee and it also said there was free on site parking. I checked the room on booking.com after I complained and the host changed it and added the $25 resort fee and is $35 per day parking fee so I hope you don't have to go what I did to get the extra fees back. The good thing is booking.com reimbursed me the $374 that I was charged but it took me almost 12 hours on the phone to get that money back. The last issue was the sliding door in the living room would not lock which they knew about because they told me that they were waiting on insurance to fix it which made no sense to me. So anyone from the units next door or above us could get in to our unit. After 4 days of me complaining and two days that I waited for someone to show up and then get a text saying that the repair person wasn't coming they finally sent someone. On the 4th day two wonderful guys showed up and at least got the door to lock. The door is still 3/4" out of level and is only a matter of time before the door lock isn't working again. Not what I call a vacation!!!!!
