  : Easy to find, really close to the beach which is the most important thing when staying for one night in Miami
  : I am used to central AC but it wasn't that bad

  : The beds were ok, the room was spacious, air con worked fine.
  : How to start… communication pre arrival was tough as they didn’t respond any messages. Once arrived, we found cockroaches the first night in our room, so they changed our room the next day.My partner’s phone “disappeared” and we got no help at all even though there are cameras in the outdoor area where it was “lost”. So we have to think we had bad luck and they could do nothing…It’s never a good sign to lose something valuable in an accommodation, so be aware!

  : No staff service and customer response at All. You are on your own if you have any questions or issues to address.

  : The location was perfect and facilities for the most part were clean.
  : I can't even tell you how uncomfortable the beds were! The room had two queen beds. No matter which side you layed on you would sink into 1 of 2 holes that you almost couldn't get out of. The other bed was not much different. Both mattresses should have been replaced YEARS ago, so needless to say, we didn't get much sleep. Also, as you walked past the patio area several people were smoking weed. If that is offensive you it maybe another reason to stay elsewhere. It's a shame this property isn't maintained better as the location is perfect. It's only a short walk to the ocean, shops & restaurants.

  : The location is incredible, right on the beach and boardwalk.
  : The hotel is old and needs a complete gut job and full remodel. However, although it's old, our room was clean!

  : Nice, clean, great location, price & friendly place.
  : Wasn't sure how to check out. I left the key in the room as it was like that to check in. 2 messages for check in. 1st said room was ready little before 3 but it wasn't tell closer to 4 for cleaning to be finished. I got another message saying it was ready.
