  : There first room they gave me was small , smelled like a 5 gallon bottle of fabuloso exploded in the room. My throat still hurts from being there 20 mins. One of the windows was broken and so so so full of dust.like not cleaned in years. Customer service doesn't pick up the phone. You have to walk to the front desk building which is blocks distance. I got to the reception and they changed my room. It didn't smell so much like fabuloso. The shower was clogged. But it was way better than the first room. I paid $19 for parking per night. 2 nights total. The place I stayed at has 5 or 6 parking spots in the front and then there is parking on the side mentioned "for residents only permit" and I got a permit from the reception, there is no parking meter in that street and only residences are the rooms that belong to the Hollywood Hotels. I parked there. This morning the city gave me 2 tickets , 85 dollars total. For parking without permit even thought I have the permit I bought.and another one for expiring payment but check out is at 11am. These tickets where not in my car when I went down for breakfast at 9 am and they had a time of issue of 8am. When I went to check out at the reception at 11, the lady told me the permit expires at 11:30am . I told her it was 11 and the ticket had an 8 am time of issue. She told me I shouldn't have parked there as it belongs to the city. Nobody told me this. I was given instructions to park in that area , they gave me a map and they highlighted where to go and park. There are 5 parking spots only in the place. where was i supposed to go? Or do? Or think?My car was parked there 3 days , 2 nights and I got the tickets the 3rd day in the Morning. The place was not nice , different completely from the pictures. There was a toilet cleaner on the stairs. They don't come change your towels until the 3rd Day. I went for breakfast once and when I came back I tried to open the door with the card didnt work..

  : housekeeper is rude and never cleans. I was there for 5 nights and no toilet paper. When we asked for clean towels they gave us tiny towels.
