  : Great location. We had our 4 kids so it worked really well for our budget. It is a cute unit.
  : We weren't told there was ongoing construction in the building and that our floor hallway was covered in plastic and paint. The unit was not cleaned well at all, including chips in the couch bed, our feet turned black from the floor - like filthy dirty, the patio was left with suds from cleaning and under the porch mat was soaking wet, the extra sleeping mat had dried peanut butter on it, and the bed had hair in it. Kind of a bummer. The unit has kind of funny amenities including cookware with metal handles that get super hot, the air conditioning unit plug doesn't stay in the wall well so it would turn on and off throughout the night, the tv remote box is on top of the tv towards the ceiling, so it is quirky but if you are easy going, it all works for being able to be in paradise. There are serious safety issues with the bedroom window if you have little ones, as we found my child opening the latch and almost falling out of the window at the bedside level. Also - it has no washer drier in unit and only 1 set of towels per person for an entire stay - which - when you are on a tropical vacation with a large family and you are swimming lots, you need more towels and places to hang wet things. But look - if for the price it gets you to Hawaii - this place was really fun.

  : Clean and tidy apartment with full kitchen and comfortable beds, good size for family of 4 (two teens). Bathroom functional and clean. Great to have beach towels and chairs. Nice little Lanai to sit on. Great location, buses close by and easy to get around. Short walk to beach, restaurants and shops.

  : Key pad on door making it easy to not always have to have a card and worry about losing it when your out and about. Instructions were very clear as to how to get into property. Very good communication and respond back very quickly.
