  : The location and the view from the 19th floor are excellent! The balcony add to that experience. The appartment is located in a 5 min walk from a nice beach if you want to go there for a quick dip, it also has a pool but we were not sure about. There is a conveniente store in the building (that we did not use) and there is also . The valet parking is very convenient (and you need to pay it 28$/day) but I think in Honolulu this is a "must" if you rented a car (which I recommend). The sofabed is comfortable! There are two individual tables that can be accomodated in the balcony to add some table space if you want to sit 4 people there or as extra table space to dine inside.
  : The downsides are not really decreasing the qualification much, as they are all understandable giving the size and location of the apparment. The appartment is small, but when you rent it you know that, so it is not fair to complain about it if you know in advance, however I thought that it may help others if I review them so they make up their mind before the decision is made. In our case, we knew the appartment was small (the size of a relatively big hotel room). The beds are a bit small to accomodate two adults or an adult and a teenager, but it would be great for an adult and a child, I think. The space is tight so I do not think anything can be done in that respect. Just to know that the refrigerator does not have a water fountain or an ice maker, however it is equiped with an old fashion way to make ice (the cuvette), we used tap water and the cuvette during our stay and it was fine with us. The balcony does not have a light (which may not be allowed as we did not see any light in others as well) and there is a very small round table for two, but it might be understandable as the balcony is small. Also, there is no space for a diner table in the appartment (the photos are accurate enough), there is a very small table and you can sit on the sofa to have diner (as I seid in the positive part of the review there are two individual tables that can be added to have more table space).
