  : The staff ROCKS!!!!!!! I also liked that they had laundry facilities that never seemed busy and that we could sit and work in the lobby if needed. The coffee and tea were both among the best I've had, surprisingly good. The breakfast was consistent and very welcomed, as I needed a good breakfast to send me off to deal with pre-teen kids every work day. The room itself was well-appointed and spacious, and the king bed was enormous.
  : I wish I could rate the facility and the comfort higher, but I really can't. The whole hotel needs a big overhaul. New carpets, and some attention to the plumbing. Also, I know I was there during a hurricane, but there was trash in the hall leading to the laundry facility that was not bagged, and that sat for days. I would have picked it up myself, but I thought someone might have left it there on purpose since it was clearly a plastic storage container. But there were Styrofoam cups on top that had clearly been used. I was surprised that even after housekeeping resumed, these items remained for another 2-3 days. Additionally, the carpets are badly stained, particularly in the hall I appreciated that housekeeping seemed to be washing them daily or almost daily, but it still didn't save the overall look from being worn and dingy. This is a shame because the front desk staff bent over backward to be accommodating.

  : Friendly staff, clean room and facility, good location, quiet (since it was adjacent to I-610, fair price, walking distance from shops and parks.
  : Rooms not provided with refrigerator and microwave oven, supplied on demanded if available, fair breakfast (basic), key entry to the room needed maintenance since it took several tries to open the door.
