  : Strong chemical odor in lobby in evening when we arrived. Room very small, dark. Would have been a lovely view if the window had been clean.

  : The hotel had nice rooms, comfortable beds, and a decent hot breakfast. Our rooms were quite clean.
  : We had asked for a room on the other side when we had stayed 5 nights prior. That was not done. When we got to the assigned room, which was facing the parking lot, the refrigerator didn't work and we had many things that needed to be kept cold. So they changed our room (again facing the parking lot), and it was also clean but the toilet was not fastened to the floor. But the refrigerator worked! :-)

  : I checked into the hotel, went to the room, the tv wasn't working.My grandkids and I got dressed to go to the pool only to find out the pool was closed.I asked at the front desk about the tv and pool and the attendant told me the pool might get fixed sometime this week.He couldn't do anything about the tv. I didn't like the attitude he gave me, my grandkids was very upset that they wasn't going swimming or even watch tv for the evening. So we went back up to the room changed into our clothes and gathered our belongings and checked out. The same attendant said he couldn't do refunds to check with the manger tomorrow and he would not give me a conformation of check out. The indoor pool was why I booked this hotel. My family and I wasn't at the hotel no more than 30 minutes.
