  : The accommodations were clean.
  : The accommodations are old & outdated. Sofa mattress super uncomfortable & lumpy. The lodge was closed, & the pool was undergoing repairs & therefore closed. We were not informed of this prior to our visit. Air conditioning was listed in amenities but there was none which would have been good to know for hot July days.

  : I wont write a diatribe, but this place is awful:- no record of our reservation, despite us having a confirmation number- would not accept email communicationfax only- suspected us of trying to scam them for our stay because they couldnt find a record of our booking- had a room available, but would not give it to us because they were saving it for an emergency- finally gave us keys to a room, but that room was occupied (clothing, computers, food all overhow would you like for your hotel to give my family of six the keys to your room?!)- would not give us a different room because they could not get it cleaned in time for the next guest, who would check in TWO days after we checked outOn top of this, the service was beyond rude and was unwilling to work with both us and Boooking.com to accommodate our reservation. At the late time of day, our only alternative accommodation options were in Ogden, some 40-45 minutes away. Id recommend avoiding this place.

  : Beautiful location, lots of rooms and beds. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They have an adult only hot tub which was very nice.
  : It was so old! I kept thinking how nice it could be if it were updated.The beds were awful, the king bed sloped into the middle. The twin beds were as hard as the floor. The trundle mattress was ripped and gross. The couches were so gross and dirty too, we finally put sheets over them so we could sit on them.

  : I Love the location and I love that they were able to get us rooms next to each other.
  : Their pool rules were a little weird, but thats ok. Kids werent allowed in the hot tub. I understand that but also, when adults go in there or when kids get cold, thats where they want to go.

  : The mountain view from the unit was nice. Floor heating system.
  : Unprofessional, Rude, Clueless Front Desk Staff: 1. She says what she wants to say at the same time as the guest speaks/asks questions without listening. She pretended to be nice and courteous with a smile on her face but was unwilling to listen/ accommodate the guest's needs. She won't answer simple questions like where to get the ski lift tickets (Her answer was they had nothing to do with the ski resort). 2. She switched the units without notice - Bed arrangement, room description were different. No way 9 people could stay in the unit we got. When we checked in, the key had different unit name and number from the ones on the key envelop. She said she forgot to change the key when she switched the units. When complained that the unit was not the one that was reserved, she said it's the unit assigned to us from the beginning. She blamed that the wrong description of the room was booking.com and the unit owner's fault and it had nothing to do with them. She suggested all the complaints go to booking.com. 3. Not really Ski In and Out: Powder Mountain doesn't have snow making machines. It solely depends on the natural snow and the slopes are not well groomed. Only 2 lifts were operating when we're there. Epic/ Ikon pass resorts are more expensive but they have better service. None of us will ever come back to this property.

  : Starting with the negative. There is a $35 resort fee, I hate these because there's no reason to not just build it into the nightly stay. When you walk in you can tell other reviewers were right and that it's in desperate need of updating.
