  : There was no breakfast. They used Covid for their excuse to do nothing. We received a paper bag at night before we went to bed with a scone, a can of carbonated water, potato chips and 2 tangerines. There was a small coffee pot on the table with a cord that didn't reach the plug, so we actually had to put it on the back of the toilet to plug it in. They gave us two mugs and the coffee didn't even fill one. They could have brought breakfast and a carafe of fresh coffee and leave it at the door, but they chose not to. We paid over $300.00 a night, thinking that it was going to be a very nice experience. Instead we got nothing but a bed for our money. I truly believe that they should give us a partial refund for false advertising. Worst B & B we have ever stayed in!
  : Everything!!! We weren't allowed in the common areas downstairs because of the virus, but there was no one around. Even if there was, we could have easily stayed 6 feet apart with our masks on. We're adults! If we had needed anything, we had no one to call. No one was around! I could go on, but why? It was terrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, period!!!

  : Lack of essentials... one roll of toilet paper, no extra, 2 bottles of conditioner, no shampoo. Needs after hours were not "emergency", i.e., utensils, napkins, ice, so we went without.Saw the staff upon check-in, never saw them again, which would have been ok had we not needed some items, but the notice specifically said "emergency only."The lack of the delicious, famous breakfasts this Inn has always offered should have been reflected in a better price on this accommodation.

  : Being next to the creek and in the mountains.
  : We had to wait for cleaning to be completed. When we were allowed access, the back deck and patio furniture were covered with debris, pine needles and dusty seat cushions. We had to use tissues to clean the table and shake off the cushions. There was no dish towels, sponge for dishwashing and dish soap. When they were requested, we were told due to Covid, they were not able to supply these items. We were given two dish towels. We then had to go to the grocery store and purchase these items. We were very disappointed, we did not get the value for the price asked.
