  : Checkin on video chat was a little unexpected, maybe an email before hand or a large sign in the check in kiosk would have helped.

  : There is no human on the premise to help you get checked in. The key machine does not seem to work well. Management was unkind and sarcastic. It was the worst experience with customer service that I have ever had in any country. HORRIBLE.
  : The sarcastic and unkind staff. Also, the key making machine that did not work. I prefer a hotel or lodging with real human beings who are generally kinder in person. The screen interplay allows for a lack of compassion and a less friendly experience.

  : The check in initially did not seem to recognize the confirmed reservation with booking.com and did not expect our party arrival. However the management did check us in within 15 minutes after reviewing the email confirmation.
