  : Indoor pool was okay. Location was nice and near the river and canal. Lots of parking.
  : We booked through Booking.com for a 4 person room and when I arrived they gave us a king with no sofa bed. Booking clearly stated it was a 4 person room. Bed and 2 person roll out couch. Courtyard grudgingly fixed it by reluctantly giving us the room we actually booked. There was a mismatch somewhere - either Booking screwed up or Courtyard. I didn't really care who - I'm upset with both. I have booked with Booking.com dozens of times and am usually amazed at how accurate is the match between the booking and the actual accommodation. However, either Booking screwed up, making them less reliable; or Courtyard screwed up, making them a bad partner for Booking.

  : I like that we can open the window for fresh air. Also like the laundry facilities.
  : Rooms could be a little bigger, with a bigger fridge that actually has space to put food and drinks. I was constantly picking contents up from the floor when I opened the door.

  : The bottom of the tub was very dangerously slick when showering. This needs attention immediately. The lighting was dim. Room needed updating. No microwave.
