  : TV was tiny.Beds were old.A/C heater unit unusable, too loud.Lots of road noise.

  : We were not looking for more than a good nights sleep from a long trip. This met than expectation and was roomy.
  : The electronic door lock battery failed right after we entered the room. The night clerk came to trouble shoot the problem and determined the battery on the door locked had failed. Her response was to call maintain to replace it. We assumed that it would be replaced that evening. This was on us to not have asked for another room and the clerk didn't offer anther room. We could not both leave the room for the rest of the day, night and that morning until we checked out.The day clerk response to our complaint was that that we should have been offered a different room and that there was a work order filed.

  : The staff is very friendly, room was very clean. We had our dog with us, and that is important. The location is ideal for Iron Mtn close to the hub of the city.
  : Both our room keys didn’t work by end of day 2. A minor inconvenience though.

  : Room was clean and well equipped. All the equipment was in working condition.
  : My room was on the second floor. The bed was not as comfortable as I would like.

  : The property needs some basic maintenance! Window latch broken making room less secure, smoke alarm hanging by a wire, bathroom fan extremely noisy, card reading door lock worked one out of 5 times. “Breakfast Included” meant showing up at 7am (6-9am) and having a food choice of instant oatmeal and some packaged mini-muffins! I was hoping for bread, toaster and peanut butter or a piece of fruit! When checking in, the staff person seemed reluctant to get put down her phone and get out of chair.

  : I can't sleep in a bed because of Knee replacements and bad hips and back so a Recliner would be a great help as that's what i sleep in at home, was up and down all night
  : Short toilet hard to get up from it my partner said the same thing
