  : Staff was cold, I experienced a restless night due to screaming and banging next door and they provided no accommodations other than a morning room change, rooms are not "newly renovated" as they say they are.

  : There was a generator, at least that's what it sounded like, that went off every 45 - 60 minutes. It was loud. I did not get much sleep. And the $42.00 parking fee should have been listed as an extra cost at the time I made the booking.

  : Even Motel 6 offers free wifi, what gives with charging ? No luggage trolleys - struggled with heavy bags Reported a problem with valet parking - no response. I would NOT EVER stay again, and would advise others the same

  : This place is nice! I could have not asked for more regarding the location (perfect), free shuttle to airport, close by convenient store, nice simple restaurant downstairs, room was spacious with large television, room was clean, air con worked exceptionally well, bathroom was clean and the products in the bathroom are of decent quality (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) bed was very comfortable, view was very nice for me while eating my breakfast.... The lady who checked me in was very nice and knowledgeable!
  : An establishment like this should have people that present themselves professionally nexus to what the hotel's image is being portrayed. First, upon checkout, a girl with a nose hoop, acting exactly the way she looked - horrible! Horrible attitude and does not listen very well. The lady who was the operator upon arrival when requesting for a shuttle, has issues with listening and comprehending questions that are not scripted within her process. Just not a good representation for an establishment in a city like this....
