  : The location was perfect and the unit was simple but worked for us. However, I would strongly caution against booking this property through this website. My experience with the staff was the most unpleasant I have ever encountered anywhere.
  : The staff were truly the most awful people in the entire world. We arrived late on a Friday night and the office was closed, although this was never shared with us in the booking information I received ahead of time. I called a number on the door and it took 10 minutes to get someone on the phone. Then, my key was not in the lockbox and it took another 40+ minutes of waiting and phone calls (outside in 30 degree weather and no access to a bathroom) before we could enter our unit. Later, when I tried to speak to the management about this, they were extremely rude and kept telling me that it wasn't their fault and never apologized. I made the mistake of saying we waited for "an hour" and later, they said they "checked the security cameras and it wasn't an hour" and then Amanda (the "assistant manager") hung up on me. It was about 50 minutes of waiting time - I checked my own cell phone against all the calls I had to make to enter my own unit. I left a message with the general manager and she never returned my call at all. This is a time share property but Booking.com does not share that information. If you are trying to book through Booking.com, they will make you feel like you did something wrong and treat you extremely poorly. I will be contacting Booking.com to advise them to remove the property from their offerings.

  : good location near the town center
  : the unit was not cleaned when we got the keys. The girl at the reception promised it would be ready by 4pm. We came back by 5pm and it still wasnt cleaned. Nobody available anymore at the reception. luckily we found someone who works there. He made sure it got cleaned. otherwise we were supposed to sleep in someone elses sheets with no clean towels

  : Location, as it was right in the middle of town on the main road.
  : The place needs some updating, it's quite old. Room smells a little musty, could use new toilets, as they were sized for children and I didn't much for having to take carry out the trash to the dumpster at the end of my stay even after I has collected it all from our room. It wasn't the worst I've ever stayed, but don't know if we'd stay there again.

  : I was disapointed in the VRI resort. When I made reservation for three nights in one apartment, I expected to stay in that one apartment. You should of told us before hand that we had to move to a different one. I would of never made a reservation if I knew that . You should of told us, not a good way to start a vacation. I will probably never use VRI again. Should get some money back for our inconvience.
