Policies

When booking more than 25 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for US$20 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 01 Dec 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021
A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note:

- You must provide the same credit card the reservation is booked with upon check-in. The credit card cannot be changed once the reservation is charged. Cardholder must be present at the time of check-in.

- Guests must check in by 23:59 on the day of arrival. If arriving later, please notify Country Inn Sonora directly on the day of arrival. Reservations may not be held after this time unless prior arrangements are made.

- All children and adults are counted as guests. Occupancy varies by room type.

- If you check-in after midnight, there is a fee of 30 USD. Please inform the property if you require a late check-in so that arrangements can be made.

- If you book a non-refundable rate, reservations cannot be cancelled and will be charged in full.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 20USD per pet, per night applies
