  : Was very clean and bed was comfortable. The building is very nice with great amenities and the staff was very friendly.

  : Location was fantastic, the house was comfortable and cosy - the amenities were sufficient for most part. Cleanliness was great and the view from the windows was absolutely great - loved it. The reception was great in allowing us to keep our luggage after the check out time with them for 3-4 hours will we had to leave for the airport. Adding a photo from the 39th floor terrace which is absolutely fantastic amenity! The property must sell this, we did not know about this till the 10th day of our trip! Glad we found out to then enjoy it the rest 3 nights.
  : The garbage bags were not replenished despite a request. The garbage collection area always showed "garbage being picked up" 24 X 7 which meant multiple trips to check whats wrong. Early check in was not possible and that meant we had to put up our luggage by paying extra at another facility and spend 7-8 hours roaming around till check in was allowed at 4 pm. Taxes add up a lot of money to the amount advertised on booking.com.

  : The manificent view of Manhattan at the rooftop area of the property. I wish I can be there to enjoy the sunset every day of my stay but I cannot though.
