  : Not much. Basically the location.
  : The room smelled like stale cigarettes.We asked for an extra towel since the room only had 2 in it and we booked the stay for 3 adults. The front desk man said they couldn’t give us one until housekeeping came in. This was in the morning and I was getting in the shower so I had to use a wet used towel because my other 2 family members already used the 2 we had.

  : I especially really enjoyed bringing my problems to the clerk and having him threatened to call the cops on me that was especially wonderful!!
  : This place was horrific. I've never stayed in a place so nasty. I don't even think the Cockroaches liked it! So if you're not prepared to spray all of your belongings and keep them outside for a day so you don't bring any of these nice little pets back home, I suggest don't bring no luggage with you when you stay here! Also if you have a pet do not bring, it's only another way of them overcharging you and not giving you anything back like they reassure you that you would!! Another way of keeping your deposit they will find anyway to keep it do not expect to get this back also it's not $50 like they say on their site it's actually a hundred or another $150 like I was charged on top of my hundred so I gave him $250 guess how much I got back!!! never get any of it back especially when you clean the room top the bottom that leave the room cleaner than any other room in the whole building! still do not get your deposit back because they are on a mission to keep it!! So all in all here's the moral of my story ,do not bring pets because they have their own!!

  : Can't apologize for not liking anything, I had to scrub and disinfect everything. Never experience a room so nasty.
  : I just spray all of my belongings because of their pest problem and leave all my stuff outside to make sure I didn't bring any of these cockroaches home with me!! They conned 3 different times to get more money for so-called deposits, that they refuse to give back to me! 150. Owed back to me, that I will never get back. Friend brought little dog to visit, which the hotel staff said was allowed but later actually raised their voice at me saying " dog wasn't allowed and they would need to shampoo rugs". Which by the way they haven't shampooed the rug since they owned this hotel!! Disgusting! Do not walk on the floor without shoes! Ever!There's no way you can get past the cockroaches in the filth in this place but I couldn't get my money back so I cleaned oh did I clean my room it's the cleanest room there now so if anybody gets my room after they'll be pleasantly pleased!! These people are just all about to get your money scam your money off of you and these so called deposits of theirs so renters beware!!

  : booked online becuz they accepted pets, but nothing stating how many pets, I have 3 little turdbutts weighing in at 5 lbs each, was told at the check in that only 2 are allowed policy- really??? they have 900 rooms and they are going to deny a "extra" pet??!!! the front desk staff was nasty! the place needs a complete power wash outside, pick up alllllllll the damn trash!!!!!

  : The air condition did not work properly , it was very hot , we had to ask for towels, the room was not cleaned the whole time we were there, you couldn’t find ice maker, didn’t have elevators, we had several bags , pictures online were not what it looked like when we got there.
