  : Downtown location was convenient for walking to restaurants and bars. Hotel is nice overall: clean, modern, friendly front desk staff. We stayed on a higher floor, and didn't really hear anyone in other rooms. Bed was comfortable.
  : Parking is extra… $20 per day, but we were able to park on the street for free (paid meter parking hours are 8-5pm on a weekday). Hotel bar prices were a bit higher than expected.

  : Pluses: friendly and responsive front desk staff who were really trying to make sure we had a perfect experience, super friendly restaurant staff, good restaurant and drinks, located close to everything, comfortable and clean beds/pillows, friendly and hard working cleaning staff, added security using required keycards was spot on at front door and on elevators, strong working AC and many channels TV
  : Coffee maker wasn’t working and the staff should’ve told my husband he could get complimentary coffee instead he walked to McDonald’s for some on the first day. After dining at the restaurant, we were informed of the complimentary coffee. Even when the coffee maker was replaced, we still had to slam it down to get it to engage, it’s a clunky design and probably too difficult for elderly customers. AC made clunky noises at night. Also, the water in the bathroom leaked onto the floor from the shower due its sliding door designs, and I was compelled to wipe it up, after a few days, it started to smell like wet towels and the smell drifted into the room itself. I also prefer soaps, shampoos, conditioners that are newly wrapped - the pumps are cute but I don’t really trust the contents so I was glad I brought my own.

  : Central location, close to our conference. Easy walking distance to everything. Clean and comfortable.
  : I expected to have a large beautiful window in our corner king suite like the property photos showed but unfortunately we only had a few very narrow windows which didn’t provide much of a city view.

  : inside was nice, and the room was nice. The staff was great!
  : The room was not vacuumed properly, my daughter found a good & plenty by one bed, and we found money 13 cents by the other bed and under by the chair was a popcorn kernel, I didn't feel all that comfortable sleeping when you know it has not been cleaned right, The cost of breakfast was too much, my daughter got a waffle and it was like 13 bucks and not cooked all the way.
