  : Breakfast ruined the whole trip. It was the worst!!!! Staff did not have their act together. First day-2 meal tickets good for 4 breakfasts. Second day-2 meal tickets for 3 breakfasts. This is not what we were told when checking in!!!!!
  : THE STAFF ATTITUDE the SECOND MORNING. First morning my coffee served to me in ceramic coffee cup…..the second morning was told to get my own at courtesy counter in a paper cup.

  : Put us In The basement Room 001, right above the bar where you hear chairs screeching across the floor above us all night. We got from midnight until 5am, without the constant foot steps, stomps, and furniture scraping the floor. This should not even be a room for customers. Terrible. Had to pay the full $236 for one night, for a terrible room and location. Like most of Kansas City, lots of ghetto areas with drug addicts and people actively getting high. As we were checking in a guy who likely was using meth and whatever other street drugs came to the counter . He was actively having an episode, tweeking, and spasing out demanding to use the restroom. The staff helping us decided it would be cool to assist this loser as we are trying to pay and ask her questions about the room. A non-paying customer who is on drugs demanding to use the bathroom so he can shoot up more drugs in the restroom should not be getting “taken care of” before a normal paying customer. He should be told to leave, escorted out, maybe the cops called even. Get it together Kansas City, and stop promoting these drug addicts and losers of society. Big cities all have the same downfall and Kansas City is right there with all the Leftist enabling losers cities who promote these people. Disgusting

  : Clean, updated, and nice looking. The bathroom area was great beds were great except for the pull out, which had a broken wooden base. Breakfast was also decently good. Staff was friendly.
  : Had to pay for parking in the lot, which I thought was strange. That was the 1st hotel I've ever been to that required $100 to use the parking lot of the building you already paid to stay in
