  : We liked the keyless entry. The garden/patio/pool area. Secluded but right off Duval.
  : Downstairs TV flashes intermittently every five seconds or so. Downstairs bathroom moulding on walls was dirty. No hand/bath towels in the downstairs bathroom. We brought some down from the upstairs bathroom.

  : Excellent location and facilities. At my arrival I did not have the correct code. I was given only the unit code but not the main gate code. Although I did have help to fix that, it took some time to get it all sorted.
  : I am not sure if the carpet or AC filters were durty but my wife's allergy to dust got trigged when we got to the unit. She did not have a great experience while we were there. Also the checkout time, 10am, is extremely early and that fact that we were not allowed to even leave our bags there as our flight was only at 4pm, gave us a headache as well. Those policies are not great for clients especially if they are flying out in the afternoon.

  : It was a little far from where we like to hang out. (lower Duval). Used a taxi to get around. However, the place was comfortable, the kitchen was nicely set up, with everything you would need. The bedroom's ac was loud, and the carpeting seem damp. but, over all a fine place to stay.
