  : The room was pleasant. I loved the way the outside room area connected to the patio area, very private from outside tourist view. The pool area was small but lovely. All in all, it was a nice stay.
  : The rooms were a bit small without a lot of storage. The entry doors to the room were glass and wood with a curtain room side. Felt a bit open and not really private at first, but we got used to it.

  : Better price than other lodging in Key West. Room was fine. Has a free breakfast and pool, but our stay was too short for us to take advantage of them.
  : We arrived after the normal check-in hours, and the printed information left for us (including a map) did not explain that the access to our room was located outside the main courtyard, down the street, around a corner, and inside another fenced area. We arrived late at night because of a delayed flight, and we spent a long time looking for our room in the main courtyard. When we finally noticed the after-hours phone number, the manager was kind and explained how to get to our room. The parking area was very small and difficult to get parked in correctly.

  : The room was spacous and remodeled, not dingy or worn out but rather everything was was new and spiffy. The location is a perfect distance from the world-famous Duval street.
  : The breakfast food is terrible. Bed-and-breakfast usually means a better breakfast than what we got.

  : We didn't like the plastic or styrofoam tableware. We would prefer more sustainable reusable tableware. The styrofoam melts when you put a hot, freshly toasted bagel on it.

  : We loved our stay at Courtney's Place. The staff were great, the common areas nice and the location outstanding. Like many island locations, it is not "fancy" but it is comfortable, clean and the perfect option for six of us gal pals to stay in the same place. We reserved three rooms and each had plenty of room; the kitchen areas were nice to have, and we enjoyed ordering in one night and sitting by the pool. Continental breakfast was nice, and we enjoyed Whiskey the Bird and the roosters :) Thanks to everyone there for making it a great vacation!
  : They are updating the rooms and on track, so really nothing bad to say! :)

  : Location was wonderful, everything was walking distance!! Never needed the car. Did not try breakfast but kitchen area convenient with snacks and water to refill. Great to have parking onsite and to be able to leave it there all day. Employees very kind. Rooms very quiet, group was in pool w music on loud but you cant hear anything in the rooms.
  : Bed sheets felt a bit scratchy but overall great accommodations. Price of course is steep but we understand all of key west is.

  : The room was very musty to the point of not being able to sleep and mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. We planned a 1 night stay to avoid driving back to Ft. Lauderdale but after a long day and evening touring we returned to our room and realized how uncomfortable the night would be, we checked the front desk but it was late and nobody was around. Finally around midnight we grabbed our things and made the 3.5 hour drive back to Lauderdale that we didn't want to make. The following day we called to get at least a partial refund of our $550 & was told we had a better room available you should have called, we will talk to owner and get back to you. Well they never got back to us and never answer the phone or returned messages, if you had a better room why didn't you give it to us to begin with. We were willing to be reasonable because we know they paid a booking fee and would have to re-do the room and didn't expect them to loose on that but instead chose to ignore us.
