  : It was a nice hotel with many pools and the sunsets were nice from the sandy area. The room was clean and they maintained the pools very well.
  : We didn't get much of anything special for what we paid, especially with the location being so far away from most of the attractions. The restaurant was very expensive and they automatically added an 18% gratuity to everything, plus a tip line on the receipt, which took me a couple of times to catch. Even though I was traveling with 2 children, no one bothered to tell me about a children's menu until halfway through my stay. They do not have any shuttle service to and from the airport, but I did see that listed on their amenities when I booked my stay. The shuttle they do have only goes to 2 parts of the island at certain times of day and you have to book it early or it fills up. The last shuttle back to the hotel from one of those 2 spots on the island is around 4 pm, so we had to do a lot of Ubering and taking Key West transit. The staff at the office were polite but not that welcoming. I asked for towels one day and they never came. When the room would get cleaned, we would get a few replacement bath towels, but no fresh hand towels or washcloths.

  : Very nice, clean and relaxing facility, though slightly off in relation to Key West old town. Excellent pool area and very friendly staff.
  : The room was not ready in time, we had to wait some additional 15 minutes, which was pretty annoying as the kids wanted to head to the pool. The valet parking was a bit funny, as the parking lot was very big, calm and 20 meters away; for a European, having valet service under those conditions is super-strange and actually a bit annoying.

  : Our stay at the hotel was overall quite enjoyable with a few areas for improvement. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Although we didn’t visit any of the pools, we did notice some thoughtful touches like free water and sunscreen.Housekeeping was exceptional, checking on us daily to ensure we had everything we needed. The free shuttle to and from town was also very convenient, although it ended at 4:30 PM. Extending the shuttle service until 2 AM, even if less frequent, would be fantastic and I’d argue an expectation for such a premium hotel.Valet parking was $23 per day, but walking to the car was often easier due to how close everything is within the property so my recommendation is to keep your keys if possible.One area for improvement is the included ‘continental’ breakfast at The Grove, which only offered fruits, pastries, and juice if purchased as part of the Booking.com package. If you have gluten or other allergies, it's not worth purchasing ahead of time, and you may be better off ordering from the menu. We tried addressing this directly with the hotel but they told us to contact Booking.com. So we tried contacting Booking.com about this but received no response and were very disappointed that we paid for a breakfast we couldn’t eat.Despite these minor drawbacks, our experience was quite positive, and we appreciated the many thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel.

  : Very nice hotel with a good outdoor swimming pool.
  : The hotel is not very close to the beach. You would rather should be prepared to use the car/different means of transport to get there. The parking is expensive (paid additionally) and is managed by the external company, what is not comfortable if you often use the car.

Disappointing

  : Bartending staff was excellent and food was also above average.
  : Front desk staff refused to assist when each of the pool areas were out of towels and drinking water. I requested a credit for the Resort Fee however they declined.

  : The pools and the location. Near to the city center with car and they are offering free shuttles as well.Also near located to some malls with restaurants The room was bigger than expected.
  : Low water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was not a buffet, it was provided on a plate, which was good, but expected a buffet. Maybe we didn't looked good enough during research
