  : Nice location with mountain and lake view, but .... what the resorts gives you could be different than what is advertised. Bait and switch and finger pointing
  : Check-in was friendly and efficient, but when we got to our room, instead of a queen size bed, it was two Murphy beds in a tiny room. They did not fill the ice cube trays in the fridge up, and there was no place to get ice other than a gas station a few miles away. The Internet didn't work until I troubled shot that the router was unplugged. We called the customer service number to ask about getting the wrong room, and they blamed Booking.com for false advertising. They offered to move up to a smaller room with a queen size bed. They were indifferent to our situation.

  : The hotel I booked has very specific pictures of rooms with a lake view. Not only did my room not have this lake view the hotel wasnt even near a lake. They charge a resort fee and then put me at some dump miles away. No AC, crappy wall bed, no service.

  : Shuttle service was excellent. I used it once. I had left a desert in the refrigerator of the first room we had, and someone did bring it to me after putting us in a room with working window blinds. I give them props for bringing that to us!
  : The advertised photos of the room were misleading. Classic bait and switch. Led me to think i was staying in Lakeside Condos, while we were booked at Lakeshore Condos. I was told I have to specify where I wanted to stay, but there is nowhere to do this on Priceline. I sent them a message through booking.com about this with no response. Also, the balcony at Lakeshore is ridiculously tiny for 2 chairs! The first room they had reserved for us had a broken blind in the bedroom that would not close. Not sure how this could be missed, especially since it was a clear view into the bedroom.. The second room had blinds that worked, but was still not the same as Lakeside Condos. I had also sent a message, through booking.com, requesting my 'special request' for room preference about a week before my stay regarding the room and my hopes to reserve a similar room to a month before, without a esponse from anybody. I let them know I was most disappointed about the tiny balcony over looking the water as this was my whole reason of booking here, my plan was for my wife and I to relax on the balcony, a balcony over looking the water with ample room for 2 chairs and a small table which we unfortunately did not get to experience for our 26th weddding anniversary! They told me everything was booked at Lakeside Condos and to specify for future stays, and nothing else they could do.
