  : Wifi was spotty and coffee in the room was not restocked. When I went down to get coffee - there was a charge. Hotels these days have a coffee station for guests.

  : This is our second time staying at The Graduate. Both times for a concert at Thompson Boling Arena at Food City center. The Graduate is in a great location. We were able to walk over to the concert. When we walked back, we were able to walk to our food destination and then back to the hotel. They have valet parking so it was nice not to have to worry about parking.

  : The decor in the lobby is cheerful and bright and the hotel associates were friendly, BUT that's where the good stuff ended. The first room we were assigned was right next to the ice machine & the door to the room looked like it had been broken into; the 2nd room was still being cleaned, and the 3rd room was just disappointing. The carpets looked dirty, there was dust on light fixtures, dirt on bathroom door, desk, the a/c was noisy, the sheets were shredding, the door to the room was INCREDIBLY hard to open. (An older or handicapped person REALLY would have had trouble.) Also, a boutique hotel with no robes and no in room coffeemaker? This looks like an OLD hotel that was updated with "The Graduate" decor and I am shocked to find that this hotel is less than 4 years old. After reading about The Graduate hotels in other locations I was really surprised that this one looked so sad; this was the most disappointing hotel stay during our trip.
  : The dingy old feeling in this hotel once you leave the common spaces. The dirtyness of the room and how "used" the hotel hallways and rooms feel. No robes, no real coffee in the room.

  : Proximity to campus, comfortable queen size beds and good shower. Good AC and complimentary water in the room. Great coffee downstairs.
  : Instant coffee in the room, older property so our room door we had to firmly pull shut or else it wasn’t secure, some sort of spill under the lamp between the beds that hadn’t been cleaned up.

  : I think the property could be cleaner outside. Also, the girl that took care of us on the Counter had an attitude maybe because she had to work on the fourth but these people don’t wanna work they should be let go.
  : The outside of the building to me was very dirty. The restaurant the tables were not clean properly. I could not even eat in there. We had a go down the block to eat at bravo.
