  : The staff was nice. The pool is 9ft deep which is rare. The food at the little poolside cafe was affordable and freshly made.
  : The price of the hotel was not worth it. We arrived at dusk and tried to see about leaving but we were told that the manager was gone. Here is a list of things that made our three nights/days very uncomfortable- -1000’s of ants right outside my door each morning.-literal food and cooking items stored outside guest room next door that attracted seagulls.-Outside garbages not emptied daily-over flowing with garbage. Birds were pulling food and wrappers out, spreading trash.-dirty floors in room. We ended up purchasing 2 mats and broom to clean up while we were there.-toilet not secured to ground properly and chips out of seat made it uncomfortable. Each day we requested maid service but only new towels were given and garbage taken. Bathroom sink and shower were grimy and strands of hair were left behind.-one bed was broken and lifted up when we sat on edge.-The grounds were filthy-cigarette butts, goose poop everywhere, wrappers, plates and other garbage not cleaned up.-each morning the septic truck came and blocked driveway for 30 mins.-got hit with flying debris when grounds keeper was weed whacking -there was some loud construction going on, a man was using an electric saw to cut plywood on the level below the pool deck where dust got into our food from breeze traveling up hill. It was hard to hear conversations while the construction was happening.-the roof to the building was leaking and looked like it was moldy. Paint was chipping off the edges. Visible cobwebs all along roof overhang.-Beach was littered with garbage each day. No one cleaned up the items. A rake was run along the front to give an appeal that it was clean but moving the chairs would have shown effort expected for the price. -I would have left this property immediately if there was another option. I could not afford to lose the almost $400 security deposit. The pictures of the hotel show it to be clean and well maintained. They are false.

  : I liked the location, it has a great view. I didn't get to interact with many staff, but those I spoke with were very friendly. It is close to the highway. The patio is nice..
  : I was very disappointed with how the building looked. The outside structure is coming apart it needs a lot of work. IT looks very old and not very clean. The room looked old and had a musty and weird smell, it had a humidifier. The bathroom had paint peeling off the walls, it was rusty and the toilet was loose.

  : Beautiful Views, Lake/Beach area was nice right by the rooms. Nice family place.
  : Could have more Staff on hand, A lot of Geese and duck invading the beach & picnic area was a little much.
