Havasu Family Home with Pool - Perfect for Holidays!

  : The pool was not heated, the dishes in the kitchen were left dirty and put away inside the cabinets from the prior renter and cleaning staff did not clean the home prior to our arrival. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were broken by a prior renter and items did not work. We were recorded on video inappropriately while at the home. We asked for a 12:00 pm late check out the day prior to checkout and was not answered and then denied the day of check out at 9:00 am. We were then harassed by the homeowner/property manager via text and calls until check out from 9:00 am until 10:37 am our actual departure time. The homeowner/property manager had a person in a creepy van show up and harass us while loading our luggage into our one car. My family of two kids and dog were all asleep in bed mind you at this time from a late Christmas night. We will not go back and in the future I recommend booking a room at the Holiday Inn Express as they will take a simple call for late check out and not harass your family.

  : It was very nice spacious roomy and clean.
  : We contacted the property manager several times about the TV not working in the master bedroom and not working in the living room one of the bedrooms had no TV in it but the kids room did have a TV in it. The pool was very cold no instructions on how to keep the pool heated.
