  : Hotel employee is amazingly attentive and helpful. Hes made sure all my questions and requests are met expeditiously. The young lady at night is also first class. Both posses superior customer service skills. The staff, overall is great.
  : The tall, black-short-haired, man whos not Latino, opens my door without knocking first, nor does he announce himself as he walks in. Hes related to the owner and there are no consequences for his offensive and intrusive behavior.

  : We arrived early because we had traveled from Riverside California to Havasu for an event, the event started at 2:00 and I had asked for an early check in when I had booked the room. We got to the Super 8 around noon and checked to see what time we were going to be able to get into our room as we needed to get into costumes for the Witches Paddle the event we drove all the way to Havasu to attend. The person at the desk told me that there were no clean rooms for us to check into until after 2:00. This left is in a panic situation to find some place else to stay. Luckily the Hampton Inn was next door and we were able to get a room immediately. It was clean and felt safe compared to the Super 8!! The Super 8 was very run down, they didnt have even 1 room cleaned or prepared for the early check in that I asked for when booking the room. The first pictures on the site were deceiving compared to what the place looked like in person. I wont be booking my reservations on a site that doesnt show the true essence of what the place actually looks like. Im so thankful that the Hampton Inn was so accommodating in helping us have a wonderful experience at their place. Dont stay at Super 8 its not a place that you would want yourself or your family to experience!!!

  : This place is a rat trap. The bath tub/shower has dried up paint in it, as is they had painted and washed the brushes, cans, and who knows what else... the carpets did not even match up to the door way and walls. There was a gap around the entire room.

  : Where to start..hotel wasn't really clean..no elevator..you had to carry your bags up flights of steps!The staff was very ..unatentive!Our room was never cleaned..in 3 days!..There was holes in a door and in walls....
