  : Although a common space was open and available the bar attached was closed, there was no one at a “front desk”, needed to go across the street for check in etc.

  : Staff was not overly friendly when I checked in-asked for early check in-room not ready had to wait 1 1/2 hours for roomWe stayed at the Lake House; I was told in an email that the bar at the Lake House would be open during our stay and it was not-lady at desk just kept saying it's not open-no explanation as to why not It snowed 10" while we were there and the staff never shoveled off the steps to go out front-we trudged through the snow to get to the street
