  : The property ground is so full of snow and that's what we wanted.
  : There were lightning fixtures in the formal dining area and a blinking light before going out of the garage that need to be fixed.

  : The home itself was lovely and the area was very nice. It was clean, spacious, and the heating system was modern. The backyard was spacious but not fenced in completely and a neighbor has an aggressive pit bull (pics and video available if needed)
  : I would not recommend this property for families. The backyard is only partially fenced, so children and dogs are not secure. Also, the property backs up to a neighbor’s house with an aggressive pit bull in the backyard at 2072 Nez Perce Dr. (pics and video available if needed) The growling and barking was really scary when my kids were trying to use the swing set. Also, after I ran a single load of laundry there was no hot water for the rest of the day. I suspect the hot water heater temperature is set too safe/low (it looked like a standard size tank but was in a restricted cabinet so not accessible).
